AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET is used to manage bacterial infections, including middle ear and sinus infections, respiratory tract infections, genital tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections such as dental infections, bone and joint infections, septic abortion, and abdominal infections. The symptoms of bacterial infection include fever, difficulty breathing, pus formation, and pain.
It contains a combination of medicines called, which belong to the group of medicines called Antibiotics. It works by preventing the growth of bacteria and helps clear up the infection.
AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with a history of allergy reactions. It is also not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in children under 12 years of age, and in those with a prescription for fluconazole for drug-induced liver failure.
The most common side effects of taking AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET are nausea, diarrhea, tiredness, and dizziness. These side effects are usually mild and do not affect your normal doctor-patient interactions.
AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET is not recommended for use in fsponsored patients with heart failure,easy bruising,problems with urination, liver disease, and/or kidney disease. It is also not recommended for use in patients with allergy reactions to all ingredients. Its safety and efficacy have not been established for patients using the medicine.

Medicines called Antibiotics are commonly used to treat bacterial infections.

AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET should be used with caution in children under 12 years of age.
Do not take AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET if you:
Are allergic to any of the active ingredients of AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET or any of the inactive ingredients of the tablet.
:-Have severe liver failure (poor hepatic function) or kidney failure (kidney disease) and/or liver, kidney, or heart disease and/or poor liver function because of liver disease/kidney disease-Have a history of liver problems such as anuria or polyPK (low production of urine) or jaundice-Have had a medical or dental prescription for urinary tract infections-Have liver disease/kidney disease and/or poor liver function and/or severe renal impairment-Have a history of blood clots or stroke and/or heart failure-Have a protein binding disorder (BP) test with an abnormal reading and/or have a bleeding disorder-Have a family history of blood clots or stroke or heart failure-Have a family history of liver disease-Have a family history of kidney disease and/or heart failure
- Have severe allergy reactions to any of the active ingredients of AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET or any of the inactive ingredients of the tablet.

- Have liver, kidney, or heart failure.
:-Have severe allergic reactions, especially skin rashes, or severe itching caused by an infection or a disease.
-Have a proven blood clot formation (requiring blood clots) and/or heart failure.
-Have poor liver function.
-Have a proven protein binding disorder (BP test with an abnormal reading and/or have a bleeding disorder).
:-Have a proven blood clot disorder.
:-Are allergic to any of the active ingredients of AUGMENTIN 1.2MG TABLET.
-Are suffering from pulmonary embolism (this is a blood clot in the lungs) and/or liver disease.
-Are having a heart bypass and having a heart attack.
